         Das Bauvorhaben umfasst Bettenstationen mit 335 Betten, öffentliche Bereiche wie Haupteingang und Cafeteria, Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsbereiche sowie die gesamte Ver- und Entsorgung (Lager, Apotheke, Pathologie und Prosektur, Labor, Speisenversorgung, Umkleiden, Wäscheversorgung etc).

         Bestandteil dieses LVs sind die Außenanlagen Südbereich:

         — 2.500 m3 Bodenbewegung,

         — 240 m Kanalgraben,

         — 170 m Kabelgraben,

         — 1 450 m2 Asphalt,

         — 330 m Bordsteine,

         — 13 Bäume,
