         Sanierung und Umbaumaßnahmen Kunstgebäude Stuttgart, Schlossplatz 2, 70173 Stuttgart, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI. Teile der Leistungsphasen 2 und die Leistungsphasen 3-9 sowie die Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphase 8 + 9. Das Kunstgebäude wurde von 1910 bis 1913 vom Architekten Theodor Fischer errichtet. Den zweiten Weltkrieg überstand lediglich die zentrale Kuppel mit dem goldenen Hirsch. Der historische Teil des Kunstgebäudes wurde von 1956 bis 1961 von Paul Bonatz in Zusammenarbeit mit Günther Wilhelm in vereinfachter Form wieder aufgebaut und im Norden mit einem Anbau – dem Vierecksaal – erweitert. Das Gebäude ist ein eingetragendes Kulturdenkmal besonderer Bedeutung nach §12 Denkmal-schutzgesetz des Landes Baden-Württemberg. Das Gebäude teilt sich in 2 verschieden Gebäudekomplexe, dem sognannten „Vierecksaal“ im Norden und dem historischen Gebäudeteil im Süden. Ein Verbindungsbau, der derzeit den zweiten Eingang bildet das Bindeglied der beiden Gebäudeeinheiten. Bei der vorliegenden Aufgabe soll der historische Gebäudeteil mit rund 1 500 m2 Ausstellungsflächen, mit den dazugehörigen rund 2 000 m2 Nebenflächen betrachtet werden. Es soll ein multifunktionaler, technisch hochwertig ausgestatteter Kultur,- Veranstaltungs- und Repräsentationsort entstehen, in dem unterschiedliche Kunst-, Ausstellungs-, und Veranstaltungsformate von der klassischen Objektausstellung über Performance, Film bis hin zu interdisziplinären Symposien (und politischen Empfängen) auf internationalem Niveau stattfinden können. Die technische Ausstattung soll gezielt auf die digitalen Anforderungen der Zukunft ausgerichtet werden. Die Neuorganisation der vorhanden Gastronomie ist Bestandteil der Planungsaufgabe.
