         Neubau: Erstellung des Rohbaus für einen ca. 4 000m2 BGF großen Anbau der aus 2 Sporthallen, einer Mensa sowie einer Ganztagesbetreuung besteht sowie einen ca. 200m2 BGF großen eingeschossigen Bibliotheksanbau. Eine der Sporthallen liegt unterhalb der Schulhofebene und ist mit einem bauseits erstelltem Bohrpfahlwandverbau umschlossen. Bereiche unterhalb der Geländeoberfläche werden als WU-Konstruktion ausgeführt. Der Leistungsbereich Bauhauptgewerk umfasst einen Teil der allgemeinen Baustelleneinrichtung, die Gerüststellung, Innenputzarbeiten, die Grundleitungen sowie die Blitzschutzarbeiten an Neu- und Altbau. Altbau: Eine denkmalgeschützten Schule, Baujahr 1904 wird saniert. Dabei werden im Inneren Fenster ergänzt, ein Treppenhaus abgebrochen, eine neue Treppe errichtet und kleinere Stahlbetonbauarbeiten erforderlich. Für eine neue Lüftungsanlage müssen bestehende Mauerwerksschächte geöffnet und wieder geschlossen werden. Eine eingeschossige WC-Anlage wird abgebrochen. Ein weiterer WC-Anbau soll unterfangen werden. Ein Gebäude-Schadstoffkataster ist erstellt, es müssen geringe Mengen an asbesthaltigen Bodenbelägen und einige KMF-haltige Trockenbauwände fachgerecht entsorgt werden.
