         Die Arbeiten erfolgen im EG im Bereich der Südostecke, an der Nordfassade und im Außenbereich vor der Westfassade des Bestandsgebäudes. Die Nutzungen im Erdgeschoss bleiben während der Bauzeit in Betrieb. Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um folgende Arbeiten: – Liefern und Anschließen der neuen Entwässerungsleitungen an die Bestandsleitungen – Rohrgräben für die neuen Entwässerungsleitungen – Wieder herstellen der Asphaltdecke einschließlich anpassen an Bestand – Herstellen verschiedener Fundamente für z. B. Stahltreppe, Fahrrad-Anlehnbügel, Müllbehälter-Überdachung – Pflasterarbeiten – Pflanzarbeiten und Geländemodellierungen – Arbeiten Abschnittsweise.
