         Die GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH (GSI) benötigt Erdgas für 2 in Abnahmestellenbeschreibung (Anlage 2) spezifizierte Abnahmestellen. Die Abnahmestellen liegen im Netzgebiet des Verteilnetzbetreibers e netz Südhessen GmbH & Co. KG.

         Der bestehende Liefervertrag läuft zum 1.1.2020, 6:00 Uhr aus.

         Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung soll die Lieferung ab 1.1.2020 vergeben werden.

         Der Lieferzeitraum beträgt zwei Jahre und kann zweimal um ein Jahr verlängert werden.

         Der Jahresverbrauch für 2020 und 2021 beträgt rund 18,55 GWh an beiden Abnahmestellen.

         Ab 2022 beträgt der Jahresverbrauch rund 20,5 GWh an beiden Abnahmestellen.

         Zum angegebenen Preis: Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Wertungspreis, der mit den tatsächlichen Kosten für die Gaslieferung nichts zu tun hat.

         Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 2 Jahren. Der Auftraggeber hat die Option, den Vertrag bis zu 2 mal um jeweils 1 Jahr zu verlängern (maximale Vertragslaufzeit von insgesamt 4 Jahren). Erklärungsfrist für die Option ist jeweils 3 Monate vor Ablauf des Vertrages

      Aufgrund einer am 7.10.2019 eingegangenen Rüge, die unser Vorhaben, den Zuschlag an einen der Bieter zu erteilen, rügte, setzten wir das Verfahren in die Wertung zurück und kamen nach eingegehender Prüfung zu dem Schluss, den zu bezuschlagenden Bieter aufgrund nicht nachgewiesener wirtschaftlicher und finanzieller Leistungsfähigkeit ausschließen zu müssen. Der nun bezuschlagte Bieter war nach urspr. Wertung der zweitplatzierte – erhält somit den Zuschlag.

      Am 10.10.2019 wurden neue 134er-Schreiben versendet und heute kann somit der Zuschlag an enetga Energie GmbG erfolgen.

      Aus technischen Gründen ist eine Rückversetzung des Verfahrens in die Angebotsprüfung und -wertung – laut Mail von Cosinex vom 16.10.2019 – nicht möglich, weshalb sowohl die Rüge als auch die daraus resultierenden Änderungen nur im Rahmen der Vergabevermekre und der ex-post-Benkannzmachung dokumentiert werden können.
