         Die Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH (AVG) errichtet in Karlsruhe, auf dem betriebseigenen Grundstück an der Durlacher Allee, einen Neubau mit Büro- und Dienstleistungsflächen und kleinteiligem Einzelhandel mit ca. 36 470 qm BGF (inklusive Tiefgarage).

         Das Baugrundstück befindet sich im Karlsruher Stadtteil „Oststadt“. Im Norden grenzt es an die Gerwigstraße, im Osten an den Sitz der EnBW, im Süden an die Durlacher Allee und im Westen an die Tullastraße. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich weitere Gebäude, die vom Bauherrn selbst genutzt werden und zum Teil zurück gebaut werden.

         Die Erschließung des Baufeldes erfolgt über die Durlacher Allee und Tullastraße. Das Baufeld befindet sich im Betriebsbereich der Verkehrsbetriebe. Von den östlich und westlich liegenden Gleiskörpern ist immer ein Bereich in Nutzung zu halten.

         Menge und Umfang des Auftrags:

         Ausführung von Tischlerarbeiten Innentüren, inbesondere die folgenden Arbeiten zuzüglich besonderer und Nebenleistungen:

         — ca. 240 St. Innentürelemente HPL, Stahlzargen (davon ca. 30 St. mit Brandschutzanforderungen, ca. 70 St. mit Schallschutzanforderungen).
