         Gegenstand des Auftrages sind Planungsleistungen für die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung HLS (Heizungstechnik, Trinkwasser- und Abwassertechnik, Grundstücksentwässerungsanlage, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik) nach dem Leistungsbild des § 53 ff. HOAI 2013 für die Leistungsphasen 5-9 (die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 wurden bereits erbracht) und u. a. folgende besondere Leistungen für den Neubau/Erweiterungsbau der Christoph-Kolumbus-Schule:

         — Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung in der LPH 9,

         — Weiterführung des technischen Teils eines Raumbuches,

         — Mitwirkung bei Detailplanungen mit besonderem Aufwand, zum Beispiel Darstellung von Wandabwicklungen in hochinstallierten Bereichen.

         Die Fertigstellung des Neubaus der Eingangshalle mit Mittagsbetreuung und Verwaltung soll bis Anfang (Q1) 2022 erfolgen.

         Die Kostenberechnung liegt bei ca. 11,93 Mio. EUR brutto für den Neubau, den Abbruch und die Außenanlagen.

         Die Anrechenbaren Kosten betragen:

         — Anlagengruppe 1: 303 663 EUR brutto (davon 70 715 EUR brutto KG 540),

         — Anlagengruppe 2: 350 923 EUR brutto,

         — Anlagengruppe 3: 730 415 EUR brutto,

         — Anlagengruppe 8: 242 538 EUR brutto.
