         Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, die Objektplanung Gebäude, Leistungsphasen 1-9 des § 34 HOAI 34 HOAI für den Neubau einer Doppel-Dreifeldsporthalle in Bad Homburg v. d. H. an einen geeigneten Bieter zu vergeben. Es werden die Grundleistungen aus dem Katalog der Anlage 10 mit den gültigen Honorarsätzen beauftragt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.

         Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Als erste Stufe sollen die Leistungsphasen 1-4 vergeben werden, die Leistungsphasen 5-9 werden jeweils als Einzelstufen, ggf. unter Zusammenfassung der Leistungsphasen 8 und 9 vergeben. Mit dem Zuschlag überträgt die Auftraggeberin dem Auftragnehmer die erste Stufe. Es bleibt der Auftraggeberin vorbehalten, den Auftragnehmer stufenweise mit der Erbringung weiterer Leistungsphasen zu beauftragen, wobei kein Rechtsanspruch des Auftragnehmers auf die Beauftragung weiterer, über die erste Stufe hinausgehender Stufen besteht.
