         1) Catering (Gemeinschaftsverpflegung): Ausgewogene, gesunde Voll-Verpflegung mit hohem gastronomischem Anspruch. Die Höhe des Wareneinsatzes (in EUR) wird vom Auftraggeber vorgegeben. In 2018:

         — 20 681 erste Frühstücke,

         — 13 049 zweite Frühstücke,

         — 23 465 Mittagessen,

         — 13 086 Kaffeepausen,

         — 12 417 Abendessen.

         2) Bankett- und Sonderveranstaltungen, sehr gehobener Standard. In 2018: Menüs für 1 139 Personen und Buffets für 1 685 Personen, insgesamt 72 Menüs und 32 Buffets.

         Die Höhe des Wareneinsatzes (in EUR) wird vom Auftraggeber vorgegeben.

         3) Reinigung der 114 Hotelzimmer (122 Betten) inkl. der Fenster:

         — 1 755,14 m2 Teppichflächen,

         — 370,49 m2 Sanitärflächen,

         — 418,84 m2 Fensterflächen.

         4) Gebäudeinnenreinigung/ Unterhaltsreinigung: 8 458,56 m2 Grundfläche (inkl. Küche und Weinstube) zzgl. optionaler Sonderreinigungen.
