          Genaue Angaben zu den Fristen für die Einlegung von Rechtsbehelfen:

          Sofern sich ein am Auftrag interessierter Bewerber/ Bieter durch Nichtbeachtung der Vergabevorschriften in seinen Rechten verletzt sieht, ist gem. § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GWB der Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen bei der Vergabestelle des Universitätsklinikums Erlangen zu rügen. Der Ablauf der Frist nach § 134 Abs. 2 GWB bleibt unberührt.

          Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, sind gem. § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 GWB spätestens bis Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung genannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe bei der Vergabestelle zu rügen. Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften die in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, sind. gem. § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 3 GWB spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung genannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe bei der Vergabestelle zu rügen. Hilft die Vergabestelle der Rüge nicht ab, kann gem. § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 4 GWB innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers ein Antrag auf Nachprüfung bei der Vergabekammer gestellt werden.

          Gem. § 134 GWB werden Bieter, deren Angebote nicht berücksichtigt werden sollen, in Textform informiert. Ein Vertrag darf erst 15 Kalendertage nach Absendung der Information geschlossen werden. Wird die Information per Fax oder auf elektronischem Weg versendet, verkürzt sich diese Frist auf 10 Kalendertage. Die Frist beginnt am Tag nach der Absendung der Information durch den Auftraggeber.
