         Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Fassadenarbeiten und Deckenbekleidungen im Zuge derGeneralsanierung des bestehenden Schulgebäudes (Bauteil A) sowie der neuen Verbindungsbrücke (BauteilVS) zwischen Bestandsgebäude (Bauteil A) und Neubau (Bauteil B) des Jakob-Brucker-Gymnasiums inKaufbeuren. Die Leistung umfasst hinterlüftete, gedämmte Fassadenkonstruktionen mit Bekleidungenaus profilierten und glatten Aluminiumblechen, Deckenbekleidungen/Untersichten im Außenbereich mitBekleidungen aus zementgebundenen Bauplatten, einschließlich verschiedener Aluminiumkantteile und -formteile.

         Leistung Grob-Massen (ca.-Angaben):

         – Hinterlüftete, gedämmte Fassade mit einer Bekleidung aus profilierten Aluminiumblechen 1 680 m2,

         – Hinterlüftete, gedämmte Fassade mit einer Bekleidung aus glatten Aluminiumblechen 75 m2,

         – Hinterlüftete, gedämmte Deckenbekleidung mit einer Bekleidung aus zementgebundenen Bauplatten 360 m2,

         – Aluminium-Fensterbleche 350 m,

         – verschiedene Aluminiumblechkantteile und -formteile 1 200 m,
