      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Stadt Ibbenbüren plant den Umbau der Gesamtschule Am Sportzentrum 22 in 49479 Ibbenbüren.

         Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche, Mensa, Verwaltung, Unterichtsräume für Naturwissenschaften und Werkuntericht sowie allgemeine Unterrichtsräume und Nebenräume. Im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss befinden sich Unterichtsräume. Die Gesamtschule ist Teilunterkellert.

         Ein Teil der allgemeinen Unterichtsräume, die Werkräume, Verwaltung und Mensa werden entsprechend der neuen Nutzung baulich angepasst. Die Küche wurde bereits in den Neubau ausgelagert und wird zum Lager umgebaut. Die Naturwissenschaften werden komplett Saniert.

         Für zwei Unterrichtsräume für Naturwissenschaften werden neue Lüftungsgeräte im Brüstungsbereich vorgesehen. Die Abluft für Digistorien und Chemikalienschränke wird erneuert. Die Abluftventilatoren werden auf dem Dach montiert. Alle Lüftungsgeräte sind ERP konform. Innenliegende Räume erhalten eine Lüftung mit Einzelraumlüfter. Für den neuen SiBe Raum wird eine Be- und Entlüftung hergestellt.
