Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB endet die Frist zur Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit 30 Kalendertage nach Veröffentlichung der Bekanntmachung der Auftragsvergabe im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. Nach Ablauf der jeweiligen Frist kann eine Unwirksamkeit nicht mehr festgestellt werden.
