Alle Wände und Decken zusammen mit den neuen GK und geputzten Oberflächen sind mit Dispersionsfarbe zu streichen. Wandoberfläche ist ca. 5 475 m2, Deckenoberfläche ist ca. 2 167 m2. Weiterhin sind diverse Bauteile wie Treppengeländer, Handlauf etc. zu beschichten. Im UG sind Räume mit Estrichoberfläche mit einem staubbindenden Anstrich zu versehen.
