         Der Arbeitsauftrag beinhaltet konzeptionelle, organisatorische und ausführende Leistungen – gemäß und im Sinne der festgelegten Kommunikations- und Positionierungsstrategie und nach der gemeinsam abgestimmten Aufgabenabgrenzung – zur Gewährleistung der Unternehmenskommunikation der Auftraggeberin sowie wohnungspolitische Öffentlichkeitsarbeit gegenüber Stakeholdern. Erforderlich sind kurze Reaktionszeiten, um auch kurzfristig auf Anforderungen des Unternehmensverbundes, zum Beispiel dringliche Presseanfragen, zu reagieren, an lokalen Diskussionsveranstaltungen teilzunehmen und einen jederzeitigen Zugang zum Medienarchiv zu gewährleisten. Hierzu ist ein Konzept vorzulegen, wie eine tägliche, enge und persönliche Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber erfolgen kann. Die Abstimmungen sollen als tägliche notwendige Arbeitsabsprache in den Büroräumen des Auftraggebers stattfinden. Des Weiteren ist in einem Konzept darzulegen, wie fundierte Kenntnis über stadtpolitische und wohnungspolitische Themen in Potsdam sowie eine breite lokale und regionale Vernetzung im Bereich der Stadtverwaltung, und -politik, den Akteuren der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft, gemeinnützigen Organisationen und Vereinen sowie Trägern sozialer und kultureller Arbeit in kurzer Zeit erworben werden.
