         Sanierung / Modernisierung der technischen Infrastruktur, für hochwertige Büronutzung von 2 nebeneinanderliegenden, derzeit technisch miteinander verbundenen Verwaltungsgebäuden, Schellingstraße 15 und Willi-Bleicher-Str. 34 in 70174 Stuttgart. Beauftragt werden Ingenieurleistungen nach HOAI 2013, Teil 4, Abschnitt 2, Anlagengruppe 1 „Abwasser-,Wasser- und Gasanlagen“, Anlagengruppe 2 „Wärmeversorgungsanlagen“, Anlagengruppe 3 „Lufttechnische Anlagen“, Anlagengruppe 8 „Gebäudeautomation“ für die Leistungsphasen 2-3 und 5-9. Die jeweils besonderen Leistungen können den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden. Die anteiligen Gesamtbaukosten betragen ca. 4,8 Mio. EUR brutto. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Bewerbungsformblatt zu erfolgen. Das Formblatt ist unter der in der EU-Bekanntmachung unter Ziffer I.3 aufgeführten Internetadresse herunterladbar.
