Beauftragt werden Ingenieurleistungen nach HOAI 2013, Teil 4, Abschnitt 2, Anlagengruppe 1 „Abwasser-,Wasser- und Gasanlagen“, Anlagengruppe 2 „Wärmeversorgungsanlagen“, Anlagengruppe 3 „Lufttechnische Anlagen“ für die Leistungsphasen 2-3 und 5-9 sowie die besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 3, 8 und 9. Die anteiligen Gesamtbaukosten belaufen sich auf ca. 3,2 Mio. EUR brutto. Erneuerung Trinkwassernetz, Einbau Klimatisierung der Büroräume mit neuer Kälteversorgung, Austausch Heizungsverteiler, Pumpen, Armaturen, Heizkörperventile, Ertüchtigung Dämmung.
