         Im Rahmen der energetischen Sanierung des Rathauses sind Betonsanierungsarbeiten im Außenbereich und damit Entsorgungsleistungsarbeiten zu erbringen. Im Rahmen der Tiefbauarbeiten ist der Keller vollständig frei zu legen. Dies bedeutet schneiden und aufnehmen der Asphaltdecke im Bereich des Gehweges, aber auch der angrenzenden Hofbefestigung, Aushub in entsprechender Tiefe sowie späteres wieder auffüllen und wieder schließen der betroffenen Bereiche. Es sind ca. 100 m2 Asphalt aufzunehmen und anschließend wieder herzustellen, ca. 140 m2 Gehwegplatten, sowie ca. 300 m3 Aushubmaterial zu berücksichtigen.
