         Die Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule besteht aus einem unterkellerten viergeschossigen Schulgebäude mit einer Einfach-Turnhalle, die miteinander mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Die Gebäude wurden 1956 errichtet. Die 4. Etage wurde 1993 aufgestockt. Das Schulgebäude und die haustechnischen Anlagen werden energetisch saniert. Das Schulgebäude steht während der Sanierungsmaßnahme leer. Die Turnhalle, die nach derzeitigem Planungsstand nur teilsaniert wird, wird zur Zeit vorübergehend nicht genutzt. Zu erbringen sind folgende Leistungen: Montage von ca. 720 m2 vorgehängter hinterlüfteter Platten-Fassadenbekleidung mit Hochdruck-Schichtstoffpressplatten (Plattendicke d = 8 mm) auf Alu-Unterkonstruktion, mit Perimeter- und Mineralwolldämmung, Montage von ca. 95 m2 Platten-Fassadenbekleidung wie vor, jedoch ohne Dämmung, Einbau von ca. 199 lfm Laibungs- und Sturzblechen, ca. 360 lfm Sockel- und ca. 200 lfm oberem Abschlussprofil, ca. 85 m2 Sockelblende sowie ca. 282 lfm Aluminium-Fensterbänken mit Kopfstücken und seitlichen Profileinfassungen; außerdem begleitende Fassadenarbeiten.
