         Die Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule besteht aus einem unterkellerten viergeschossigen Schulgebäude mit einer Einfach-Turnhalle, die miteinander mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Die Gebäude wurden 1956 errichtet. Die 4. Etage wurde 1993 aufgestockt. Das Schulgebäude und die haustechnischen Anlagen werden energetisch saniert. Das Schulgebäude steht während der Sanierungsmaßnahme leer. Die Turnhalle, die nach derzeitigem Planungsstand nicht saniert wird, wird durchgehend von Vereinen genutzt. Zu erbringen sind folgende Leistungen:

         Gesamte Niederspannungsversorgung im Gebäude, bestehend aus:

         Lieferung und Montage von:

         — ca. 1 Schaltschrank Hauptverteilung komplett 2,1 x 2,0 x 0,36 Meter,

         — 14 Wandschränke als Unterverteilung Komplett 1,4 x 0,8 x 0,22 Meter,

         — ca. 25 000 m Kabel und Leitungen,

         — ca. 1 400 m Kabelrinnen verzinkt,

         — ca. je 260 Wippschalter, KNX- Taster und Schuko- Steckdosen,

         — Datenkommunikation mit 5 Netzwerkschränken und 16 500 m Datenkabel,

         — ca. 930 Einbauleuchten, Downlights und Aufbauleuchten,

         — komplette Notbeleuchtung einschl. Batterieanlage und Meldetableau.
