         Sanierung / Modernisierung der technischen Infrastruktur für hochwertige Büronutzung des Haus der Abgeordneten in Stuttgart, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 12. Beauftragt werden Ingenieurleistungen nach HOAI 2013 Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 der HOAI, Anlagegruppen 4 (Starkstrom) und Anlagegruppe 5 (Fernmelde- und Informationstechnische Anlagen) Leistungsphasen 2 + 3 und 5 – 9. Die jeweiligen besonderen Leistungen können den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden. Die geschätzten anteiligen Baukosten belaufen sich auf 4,52 Mio. EUR. Erneuerung der Starkstromanlagen ab der Mittelspannungseinspeisung, einschließlich Beleuchtung. Erneuerung/Modernisierung der Fernmelde- und Informationstechnischen Anlagen, insbesondere der Elektroakustischen- und Gefahrenmeldeanlagen, Pfortentechnik und den Übertragungsnetzen. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Bewerbungsformblatt zu erfolgen. Das Formblatt ist unter der in der EU-Bekanntmachung unter Ziffer I.3 aufgeführten Internetadresse herunterladbar.
