         Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um einen Plattenbau ehem. WBS 70 aus dem Jahr 1985 in Potsdam Drewitz, mit ca. 82 Wohneinheiten sowie einer Zahnarztpraxis im Bestand in der Gaußstraße 51-58. Das Wohngebäude umfasst 8 Aufgänge und ist 5-geschossig (EG-4.OG) mit einem Drempel. Die Gebäudeanlage ist vollständig unterkellert. Die Wohneinheiten bestehen aus 2-4 Zimmerwohnungen mit Küche und Bad.

         Die Wohnungen werden über gesamt 8 Treppenhäuser erschlossen, das Haus Gaußstraße 51 ist ein 3-Spänner, alle anderen Aufgänge weisen 2 Wohnungen je Geschoss auf. Das UG verfügt über Nutzflächen (Mieterkeller).

         Die Leistung umfasst:
