         Es handelt sich um den Neubau einer Schulturnhalle. Das Gebäude wird an einen bereits aufbereiteten Trinkwasserverteiler der Grund- und Mittelschule angeschlossen. Im Technikraum des Neubaus befindet sich eine Warmwasserbereitung mittels Frischwasserstation. Die Trinkwasserversorgung für die 2 Nassbereiche (bestehend aus je 3 Duschen und 3 Waschtischen), sowie Lehrer, Schüler und Behinderten WC´s wird Durchgeschliffen oder über Strömungsteiler versorgt. An den letzten Verbrauchern des jeweiligen Sanitärstrangs befinden sich Spülstationen. Für die Warmwasserversorgung wird zusätzlich ein Zirkulationsnetz aufgebaut.

         Die Bauarbeiten werden bei laufendem Schulbetrieb durchgeführt.

         Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Sanitärarbeiten.
