         Die vom AN zu übernehmende Leistung umfasst die Entkernung und Schadstoffsanierung der beiden unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Gebäude von 1937, Haus 5 und 9. Gemäß der vorliegenden Schadstoffuntersuchung gibt in den Gebäuden sowohl asbesthaltige Baumaterialien wie auch KMF, FCKW in Klima- und Kühlgeräten, Leuchtstoffröhen mit Quecksilber und PCB; die Entkernung beinhaltet sämtliche Technischen Anlagen, incl. Leitungen, Heizungen, Klima, Elektro sowie die Entkernung sämtlicher Türen, dies beinhaltet z.B.

         — 10 190 m2 Bodenbeläge div. incl. Bodenaufbauten aus Holz, Estrich,

         — 246 Stck Fensterbänke,

         — 3 765 m2 Wand und Wandverkleidungen,

         — 314 Stck Türen aus verschiedenen Materialien incl. Zargen,

         — 5 435 m2 abgehängte Decken u. Deckenbekleidungen,

         — 1 600 lfm Trinkwasserleitungen incl. Armaturen,

         — 2 590 lfm Heizungsleitungen,

         — 2 100 lfm Kälteleitungen incl. Armaturen und Isolierungen,

         — 277 Stck Heizkörper,

         — 21 400 lfm Elektrokabel/Leitungen 5 adrig, 1,5-50 mm,

         — 2 000 Stck AP-Installationsgeräte und UP-Einbaudosen,

         — 1 400 m Installationskanal bis 60x230 mm. Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen.
