         Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Baumeisterarbeiten im Zuge der Generalsanierung desbestehenden Schulgebäudes (Bauteil A), sowie des Neubaus einer Verbindungsbrücke (Bauteil VS) zwischenBestandsgebäude (Bauteil A) und Neubau (Bauteil B) des Jakob-Brucker-Gymnasiums in Kaufbeuren. DieLeistung umfasst Erdarbeiten, Entwässerungskanalarbeiten, Abbrucharbeiten im Gebäude (Erstellung einesAufzugsschachtes und eines Lichthofes über alle Geschosse), Beton- und Mauerwerksarbeiten (Betonarbeitenzum Teil mit Sichbetonoberflächen mit sägerauer Bretterschalung) und Innenputzarbeiten.
