         Die Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule besteht aus einem unterkellerten viergeschossigen Schulgebäude mit einer Einfach-Turnhalle, die miteinander mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Die Gebäude wurden 1956 errichtet. Die 4. Etage wurde 1993 aufgestockt. Das Schulgebäude und die haustechnischen Anlagen werden energetisch saniert. Das Schulgebäude steht während der Sanierungsmaßnahme leer. Die Turnhalle, die nach derzeitigem Planungsstand nicht saniert wird, wird durchgehend von Vereinen genutzt. Zu erbringen sind folgende Leistungen: Rückbau von ca. 1 730 m2 Metallfensterkonstruktionen und Neuherstellung und Montage von ca. 1 465 m2 Holz-Alu-Blend-Flügelrahmenfenster, mit Isolierverglasungen, teilweise farbigen, transluzenten Gläsern bzw. Blindgläsern und ca. 245 m2 Holz-Alu-Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktionen sowie einer neuen Eingangswindfangkonstruktion aus gleichem Pfosten-Riegelsystem. Montage von ca. 1 160 m2 äußeren Raffstore-Sonnenschutzanlagen, teilweise mit Verdunklungsfunktion. Einbau von passenden Außentüranlagen sowie ca. 810 m innere Holzfensterbänke sowie sonstige Verleistungsarbeiten.
